Job summary

MESHKI is seeking a highly organised Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join the Design team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. This hands-on role focuses on delivering on-brand creative across CRM, paid digital and social touchpoints.

You will work within established brand guidelines, producing polished assets and coordinating with designers, copywriters and marketers to maintain brand consistency and pace.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of graphic or digital design experience.
• Experience designing for CRM, paid digital and social.
• Strong typography and layout skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Designing and rolling out CRM and email creative.
• Producing static and digital assets for paid media.
• Creating and adapting assets for organic social.
• Resizing, versioning and localising approved creative across formats and channels.
• Translating established campaign direction into consistent channel executions.
• Working within existing brand guidelines, templates and design systems.
• Preparing artwork and final files to a high production standard.
• Managing multiple briefs and deadlines across a fast-paced weekly workflow.
• Responding to feedback accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining strong attention to typography, layout, hierarchy and brand consistency
• Collaborating closely with designers, copywriters, marketers and channel stakeholders
