Job summary

Donnybrook Fair Morehampton Road is currently recruiting for a fully flexible Part-Time Retail Assistant. You will work a variety of shift patterns throughout the week, including early starts on weekdays.

Please ensure you are available to work between Monday and Friday. Key responsibilities include delivering service excellence, assisting customers, handling tills, merchandising, stock maintenance and supporting other departments while upholding store cleanliness and compliance with company

Qualifications

• 1 yr+ previous food retail experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Willingness to go an extra mile for all our customers

Responsibilities

• Ensure Service Excellence is provided to all customers
• Interacting with a customer in a helpful, friendly manner
• Assisting customers with finding the right solution/products if needed
• Till operations and money handling
• Merchandising and display
• Ensure stock levels are maintained
• Helping other departments across the store
• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Maintain agreed store merchandising standards
• Complying with all relevant legal obligations
• Complying with all Company guidelines and procedures.
