Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking a Crew member to join our front-line team in Australia. You'll greet customers, take orders, roll burritos, restock fridges, do basic food prep and help across the team as needed.

Experience helps but isn’t essential. A can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability are valued, with coaching available to help you grow in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality venues or fast paced environments is great but not essential.
• You’re open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort.
• ‘Can do’ attitude and can be relied upon to follow through.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders at the front of house.
• Roll burritos and assist with basic food prep.
• Restock fridges and wipe down surfaces.
• Help across the team with other tasks as needed.
• Support the dining room and kitchen during busy periods.
• Learn different roles across the team.
