Job summary

ALH Hotels is seeking a passionate Chef to join the Mountain View Hotel kitchen. You’ll craft memorable dining experiences, work with a dynamic team, and contribute to guest satisfaction with high-quality, well-presented dishes.

In this hands-on, fast-paced role, you’ll move stock and kegs as needed and uphold ALH safety standards. We offer exclusive discounts across our pubs and Endeavour Group brands, plus wellbeing and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Possess necessary trade cooking qualifications.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• ASAP start preferred and able to physically lift/move stock.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes that wow guests.
• Contribute to a culture focused on safety, hygiene and guest experience.
• Maintain ALH standard for consistency and presentation of dishes.
