Qualifications

• RSA certification is essential.
• General Bar & Cocktail experience is advantageous but not essential.

• Serving drinks efficiently during busy periods.
• Taking orders and processing payments through POS.
• Keeping the bar clean, stocked and organised.
• Engaging with guests and maintaining service standards.
