Job summary

ALDI Stores in New South Wales is seeking a Duty Manager to lead store operations during evening and weekend shifts, supervise staff, handle customer inquiries, and ensure smooth running of your shift.

You’ll develop leadership skills, train team members, and deliver consistent friendly service at the registers, while maintaining shelves and safety standards. The role offers extensive training and internal career progression.

Job Description

Start your leadership journey with ALDI! From driving sales, to serving customers and supervising team members, our Duty Managers always lead from the front.

Your purpose is ensuring our store runs smoothly during your shift. You'll be supporting and guiding team members, handling customer inquiries and working collaboratively as part of the store management team. All the while, you'll be honing your leadership skills and truly making a difference for your team and our customers.

• Full weekend availability will be advantageous.
