Job summary

Greenbank Services Club in Hillcrest, Queensland, seeks a Duty Manager to drive the smooth operation of gaming, dining and events. You will lead a diverse team, maintain high member engagement and ensure compliance with liquor and gaming regulations.

This hands-on role requires flexibility, weekend and public holiday shifts, strong conflict resolution and staff coaching. You will monitor KPIs, resolve patron feedback, and foster a welcoming, safe venue for all guests.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
RSA, RSG, Responsible Management of Licensed Venue, and Approved Manager License are required.
Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution.
Experience engaging staff and building team morale.

Responsibilities

Maintain and develop strong relationships with club members and ensure high member satisfaction.
Drive high service standards to maximize patron experience.
Oversee and manage the gaming floor and ensure regulatory compliance.
Mentor and lead a diverse team of staff and foster positive workplace culture.
Manage operations of gaming, bingo, and food & beverage outlets for efficient service.
Address feedback and resolve patron queries or complaints promptly.
Ensure clear and effective communication within the venue with team and patrons.
