ALDI Stores is seeking a Duty Manager to lead from the front, ensure smooth store operations during shifts, and mentor team members. You’ll handle customer inquiries, train staff, and uphold a safe, friendly shopping environment across a busy Sydney store.

You’ll supervise opening/closing, stock shelves, and keep the team performing at their best with constructive feedback and hands-on leadership. This role emphasizes service, safety, and teamwork.

Job Description

Start your leadership journey with ALDI! From driving sales, to serving customers and supervising team members, our Duty Managers always lead from the front.

Your purpose is ensuring our store runs smoothly during your shift. You'll be supporting and guiding team members, handling customer inquiries and working collaboratively as part of the store management team. All the while, you'll be honing your leadership skills and truly making a difference for your team and our customers.

• Enjoy a fantastic hourly rate of $35.48* + shift allowances
• Full weekend availability will be advantageous.
• 35-hour per week contract
