From the moment you arrive, you’ll be at the heart of creating a smooth, supportive and connected environment for both residents and staff. Every day brings variety, collaboration and meaningful impact.

We are currently seeking 2 unique individuals who can work across pm shifts weeks days and am or pm shifts weekends. Penalty rates may be applicable as per the Aged Care Award.

A day in the life could look like:
  • Walking through the home to ensure everything feels welcoming and safe.
  • Reviewing staffing allocations, responding to sick calls and filling gaps to ensure care continuity.
  • Checking in with each department; clinical, cleaning, catering, laundry, maintenance and engagement teams to make sure the day flows seamlessly.
  • Attending meal services, ensuring dining rooms are set, compliance is followed, and our residents enjoy a positive experience.
  • Hosting the Heads of Department meeting (or chairing in the GM’s absence) to keep everyone aligned.
  • Overseeing new admissions and discharges, which includes checking rooms are ready, as well as supporting families with transitions.
  • Jumping in where needed and leading by example.
  • Handling feedback and resolving issues promptly, always logging and closing the loop.

This role is about being present, visible, and hands-on in a modern, purpose-built environment, where leadership is lived through action and connection.

If you have:
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.

  • A leadership background in aged care, hospitality, retail, clinical, workforce management of even transport & logistics.
  • Available to work am/pm, weekdays and weekends.
  • A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or willing to apply for one)

Rostered shifts for the Duty Manager:

Week 1 and 2: Mon to Wed (pm) 1400 to 2200 and Sat and Sun (am) 0615 to 1415

Week 1 and 2: Thurs to Sun (pm) 1400 to 2200
