Job summary

ALDI Stores in Lennox Head is seeking a Duty Manager to lead front-line teams, supervise shifts, and ensure smooth store operations during your shift. You’ll drive customer service, training, and daily workflows with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will mentor staff, handle customer inquiries, keep shelves stocked, and maintain a positive store environment. The role includes extensive training, internal progression opportunities, and a supportive team culture.

Job Description

Start your leadership journey with ALDI! From driving sales, to serving customers and supervising team members, our Duty Managers always lead from the front.

Your purpose is ensuring our store runs smoothly during your shift. You'll be supporting and guiding team members, handling customer inquiries and working collaboratively as part of the store management team. All the while, you'll be honing your leadership skills and truly making a difference for your team and our customers.

The specifics? Here's what you’ll be doing:

• Opening and closing the store and supervising shifts.

• Full weekend availability will be advantageous.
