Job summary

Petstock Group in Daylesford, Victoria seeks a Senior Store Manager to lead across stores, champion people development, and deliver exceptional customer experiences for pets and people. You will drive engagement, coaching, and a culture of accountability to achieve business KPIs.

You’ll oversee store performance, promotions, stock control and compliance while guiding teams through change in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Lead, coach and mentor Assistant Managers and store teams across your portfolio
• Build a culture of engagement, accountability and continuous improvement
• Drive succession planning and career development opportunities
• Drive sales growth, profitability and achievement of key business KPIs
• Analyse store performance data and provide actionable insights
• Manage expenses, gross profit performance and wage budgets
• Champion loyalty program participation and private label sales growth
• Drive Net Promoter Score (NPS) results through proactive coaching and action planning
• Support teams to identify customer needs and provide expert advice
• Ensure stores execute promotions, marketing initiatives and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain strong stock management processes and minimise inventory loss
• Drive compliance with operational, audit and task management requirements
