d'Albora Marinas,Australia's largest Marina Group,is offering an exciting opportunity for the role of Dry Stacker/Boatyard Hand at Boatyard Martha Cove.

Facilities include 70 tonne marine travel lift, 110 space Dry stacker with 10 tonne boat forklift and 2 undercover work bays.

This is your chance to join an enthusiastic team in a fast‑paced marine service environment with extensive training provided to advance your skills in all aspects of yard operations and associated waterfront activities.

Reporting to the Boatyard & Dry Stacker Supervisor, your key tasks will consist of but not limited to:

Safe and efficient operation of boat forklift, travel lift and associated hardstand equipment.

Ensuring that lifting, standing and launching works are completed safely and in line with expected time constraints.

Working closely with team members to achieve safe and efficient daily yard operations.

Ensuring maintenance of lifting equipment to ensure optimum working condition.

Making sure that routine maintenance of vessels is completed to schedule and to industry standard.

Maintenance tasks will include below waterline hull preparation, anti‑fouling, prop speeding, detailing, and minor vessel repairs.

Daily meetings with facility management to detail activities and following day schedules.

The ideal person we seek would have:

Marine industry experience, including Travel Lift operations.

Ability to manoeuvre vessels.

A forklift & current boat license is preferred but not essential.

Reliable and punctual.

Car license is essential.

Australian Residency.

Awareness of workplace safety, health, quality and environmental standards.

Experience in boat yard work is preferred but not essential.
