NRMA is hiring a full-time Driving Instructor to deliver tailored lessons under the NRMA Driver Training Curriculum in NSW. You will guide learners to independent driving, participate in the Safer Drivers Course, and potentially become an Older Driver Assessor.
You’ll work a roster Monday to Sunday 7am–8pm, with training materials provided and opportunities to advance within NRMA’s driver training programs. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.
Become a full-time, permanent (employee) NRMA Driving Instructor and make a lasting impact on road safety within your community. You’ll teach the real meaning of independent driving by delivering tailored lessons based on the NRMA Driver Training Curriculum whilst developing your skills within the industry to deliver the NSW Safer Drivers Course, become an Older Driver Assessor and to be an authorised trainer for our dynamic Corporate Driver Training program.
