Job summary

Lindsay Australia Ltd in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Shuttle Linehaul Driver to join our team. The role covers the Adelaide, Forbes and Horsham shuttle with Monday to Friday rosters, focusing on safe driving, customer service and accurate paperwork.

The successful candidate will hold a current MC licence, have prior commercial driving experience and a strong safety mindset, contributing to our safety-first culture and reliable service across Aus-wide operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive Adelaide–Forbes–Horsham shuttle (Mon–Fri) and coordinate with depot teams for loading/unloading.
• Demonstrate safe work practices and complete pre-start safety checks and delivery paperwork.
• Handle temperature sensitive freight with care and timeliness.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain effective communications with customers and depots.
• Support team with reliable driving and adherence to schedules.

What’s The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Shuttle Linehaul Driver to join our team in Adelaide. It is an exciting opportunity to join our industry leading transportation company and play a key role in assisting hundreds of Australian businesses to meet their transport needs.

Roster/Shuttle:

Adelaide - Forbes, Horsham (Mon - Friday)

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Safe Always – Demonstrating safe work practices, leading by example and promoting a safe work culture.
• Temperature Sensitive Freight – working with and understanding temperature sensitive freight, ensuring the safe and timely handling.
• Customer Service – Interacting with customers in a professional manner.
• Teamwork & Communication – Working closely with depot teams for the loading, unloading and transportation of freight.
• Good Work Ethic – Reliable, supportive and the ability to have a go!
• Quality Checks & Control – Completing relevant pre-start checklists, safety documentation and delivery of paperwork.
  

What You’ll Bring:

• Current and valid MC driver licence to perform the above-mentioned role.
• Previous Commercial Driving Experience detailed in your resume.
• Current BFM, preferred but not essential.
• A safe driving record, you will be required to provide a copy of your driving history.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Strong customer focus with good communication skills.
• Well presented, professional and reliable.
