Job summary

Grace Group is seeking an outgoing Driver/Removalist to join the Grace Removals team. You will be out and about in different locations each day, largely unsupervised, handling packing, loading, and customer communication with a focus on service quality.

Ideally you hold a heavy goods MR licence and bring a customer-first attitude. The role offers above-award pay, overtime, super, and funded licence upgrade training, plus a structured Skills Path development program and additional employee

Qualifications

• Possession of MR heavy goods licence.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset with a can-do attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to removals workflows.

Responsibilities

• Careful packing and unpacking of customer effects.
• Loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Read and complete paperwork, sometimes on a tablet.
• Communicate with customers during uplift and delivery.
• Maintain clean and tidy vehicles, equipment and warehouse.
