Job summary

Veolia in Karratha is seeking a HC-licensed driver to join our waste collection team on a residential site. You will learn to operate multiple collection vehicles and support our mission to keep communities clean.

Training provided; housing allowance may be available for the right candidate with waste experience. Must have HC/MC license and good knowledge of the Karratha area, with police clearance and medical checks as required.

This is a residential Karratha based role. Housing allowance or company accommodation can be supplied for the right person with relevant waste experience.

What you'll be responsible for

• Working on secure long term contracts collecting waste, HR licence required
• Experience driving a HC or MC vehicle
• Safety conscious mindset
• Transportation of waste streams to disposal locations
• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to learn to operate a range of fleet and equipment

What you'll need to be successful

• HC or MC licence required
• Woodside and/or Rio Tinto inductions will be highly advantageous
• Good geographical knowledge of Karratha area
• Safety conscious mindset
• Waste experience highly advantageous

Willingness to undergo a National Police Clearance and medical check relevant to the role.
