Reece Group is seeking a Showroom Sales Consultant for its Phillip Island showroom. You will support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate bathroom renovations, helping them choose products and manage quotes and orders.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, are eager to learn, tech-savvy, and available for varied shifts including weekends. Growth within our network is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoy building relationships.
• Energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow.
• Tech-savvy and happy to learn new systems.
• Open to working various shifts, including weekends.
• Wants to develop their career within our network or head office.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing bathroom products.
• Create and manage quotes and orders via email and phone.
• Use our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life.
• Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain relationships.
• Keep the showroom running smoothly and safely.
