Job summary

Ballarat Plumbing in Napoleons is hiring a drainage plumber to join our team. We focus on new-home drainage for volume builders and provide steady, year-round work in the Ballarat area.

You will lay sewer and stormwater drains, operate excavators, and complete jobs with photos in simPRO. Apprentices are welcome to apply and grow with the business.

A valid driver's licence is required; HR/MR is a bonus. We value doing the job right the first time.

Qualifications

• Registered drainer with new-home sewer and stormwater experience.
• Excavator experience is a bonus but not essential.
• Driver's licence; HR or MR licence a bonus.
• Pride in doing the job right the first time.

Ballarat Plumbing is a locally owned plumbing business based in Napoleons, working across Ballarat and surrounds. We're a team of around 14 and growing, with above-ground and below-ground departments plus a maintenance arm.

What we do

New-home plumbing for volume builders: sewer and stormwater drainage, septics, retention and detention systems, rough‑in and fit‑off

Plumbing maintenance

Jetting and CCTV drain inspections

Pipe relining

Water main renewals

About the role

We do new‑home drainage for volume builders, and we're after a drainage plumber to join the team. Steady work, a good crew, and gear that's looked after. Apprentices are welcome to apply.

What you'll do

Lay new‑home sewer and stormwater drainage, septic systems, and stormwater retention and detention

Operate excavators, and dig and backfill

Complete jobs and photos in simPRO

Help with jetting, CCTV and relining when needed

What you'll bring
