Job summary

Plantation Homes is seeking a hands-on, visible leader to head the QLD Production Drafting function in Brisbane. You will be present in conversations, set direction, and support your team through both standard and complex drafting scenarios to keep work flowing and customer outcomes at the forefront.

You will engage across construction, sales and operations, balancing quality, timeframes and commercial outcomes, while staying connected to the people behind the work.

You will take the lead of our QLD Production Drafting function, stepping into a team that is capable, grounded and committed to what they deliver.

Your technical background will allow you to engage in the detail when it counts, give direction with confidence and support your team through both straightforward and more complex drafting scenarios.
