Job description

The Role

• Producing Archicad sketches for Senior Design Consultants by following their write-up
• Liaising with internal departments and external parties to overcome design and construction issues
• Providing advice and guidance to our Senior Design Consultants on design issues or suggestions on how to improve design
• Designing our premium display home product

About You

• Certificate IV in Residential Drafting or Diploma of Building Design and Technology
• Sound Archicad skills
• Minimum 3 years Perth based experience in residential drafting with a project home builder
• High level of construction knowledge with a thorough understanding of R-Codes and NCC requirements
• Creative flair with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines when required
• Sound communication skills, good time management and problem solving ability
• A positive and friendly manner
• A strong team player with a solid work ethic
