Job summary

Ensure Recruitment is seeking a vocationally registered GP for an immediate DPA replacement in southwest Sydney. The busy clinic offers strong patient demand and supportive, GP-owned practice with full-time nursing and allied health onsite.

You will build a patient base quickly while delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population. The role is full-time, with a 70% share of practice income plus a guaranteed $180 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be a vocationally registered GP or eligible for the relevant pathway with DPA eligibility/replacement requirements.

Responsibilities

• Replace a doctor who has recently left the practice and manage high patient demand.
• See approximately 5-6 patients per hour in a busy clinic.

A GP is required to replace a doctor who has recently left the practice, creating an immediate DPA replacement opportunity.

This is a busy clinic with strong patient demand, so a new GP can expect to build a patient base quickly and be seeing approximately 5-6 patients per hour,

The Clinic & Role:

• Established GP-owned practice operating for 14 years
• Busy patient base with strong demand
• Full-time nursing and excellent clinical support for care plans and health assessments
• Collegiate team with regular clinical lunches
• Allied health services onsite including a diabetes educator, physiotherapist and audiologist
• The patient population is broad and multicultural, ranging from young families through to elderly patients, with a diverse range of medical presentations
• The clinic features 8 consulting rooms plus a one-bed treatment room, providing a spacious and well-equipped environment for doctors and patients.
