Job summary

HR Partners is seeking a skilled Dozer / Heavy Machinery Operator for a fast-paced landfill and resource recovery facility in 4306 QLD. You will operate heavy tracked gear (Cat D6–D8) to manage cell slopes, push cover material, and keep site operations running smoothly.

This role offers strong pay at $45.45/hr, 50–60+ hours per week with overtime, and a 3-month temp-to-perm pathway. Join a supportive team where safety comes first and EPA compliance is standard practice.

Qualifications

• Valid Dozer Ticket (Mandatory)
• White Card is required
• Experience operating heavy machinery in civil/quarry/landfill sites
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency

Responsibilities

• Operate tracked dozers (Cat D6–D8) to push, layer, compact, and grade materials.
• Maintain cell slopes, site roads, stockpiles, and drainage.
• Conduct daily pre-starts, fluid checks, and basic maintenance.
• Ensure site material placement complies with EPA guidelines
