Job summary

Aveo is seeking a Domestic Attendant at Lindsay Gardens Retirement Living in Buderim. You will provide essential housekeeping and cleaning services across the village, delivering a welcoming experience for residents.

This permanent part-time role supports a residents-first culture and opportunities to build meaningful connections within a seven-acre community. You will join a friendly, people-focused team and contribute to a well-maintained living environment, while adhering to safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, laundry or similar service-focused roles.
• Minimum of two COVID-19 vaccinations (required).
• Ability to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 9am-2pm (Hours to be negotiated for the right candidate).
• Positive, respectful and people-focused approach, with a strong commitment to providing a supportive experience for residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality cleaning standards across apartments or village common areas, including bathrooms, hallways, stairwells and rooms.
• Build positive relationships as a friendly and approachable presence at the village.
• Assist residents and the community with general ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Follow all OH&S requirements and promptly report any safety or security concerns.

The Opportunity

Lindsay Gardens Retirement Living

is a peaceful retirement community set across seven acres of beautifully landscaped grounds in Buderim. As a Domestic Attendant, you will provide essential housekeeping and cleaning services across the village while delivering a welcoming and customer-focused experience for residents. You’ll be part of a friendly, people-focused team where you will have the opportunity to build meaningful connections with residents.

This is a permanent part-time position working Monday; Tuesday; Thursday & Friday 9am-2pm (Hours to be negotiated for the right candidate)

Your Impact
