Job summary

White Oak is expanding and seeks caring individuals to provide in-home care across Perth metro. The role involves visiting clients daily to assist with meals, social support, and domestic tasks, including home cleaning.

You will work in the clients' homes, following individual care plans and maintaining a focus on quality, safety and compassion. Preferred availability is 8am–5pm on weekdays and weekends, with a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Check is required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in an aged care support or similar field.
• Valid WA driving licence required.
• Reliable, road-worthy and registered vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple clients per day in their homes.
• Follow care plans to assist with tasks such as meal preparation, social support and domestic assistance.
• Help with cleaning within the home.

Job Description

This role involves traveling to multiple clients per day, providing assistance to them in their own homes. You will be required to follow care plans to assist with tasks such as meal preparation, social support, and domestic assistance. A large part of this role involves cleaning within the home.

Preferred availability is between 8am to 5pm weekdays and weekends and interested candidates must be available for a minimum of fifteen hours per week or more. We are specifically looking to recruit in the southern suburbs, ie Mandurah, Rockingham, Baldivis, however all applications will be considered.
