Job summary

Domayne Bedding Springvale is seeking a capable 2IC to support retail management, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. This role requires leadership, product knowledge in bedding, and a passion for helping customers in a fast-paced store environment.

We are seeking an enthusiastic customer service focused 2IC to join the Domayne Bedding Springvale team.

Our 2IC's have an understanding of retail management, life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
• A high level of Bedding product knowledge to support customer queries
• Experience in retail management with an excellent sales track record
• Have the ability to maximize sales, assist coaching, lead and motivated an enthusiastic team
• Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
• Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solvingExperience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
• Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
