Job summary

Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Diagnostic/DM01 Performance Lead to support our team across ESNEFT. You will work with the Head of Elective Performance to provide operational management support within the designated divisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with EPIC and EPIC validation required.
• Knowledge of RTT and DM01 essential.
• Proven ability to lead performance oversight and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day oversight of Trust-wide diagnostic pathway performance and DM01 standards.
• Lead preparation, interpretation and presentation of diagnostic performance data for governance forums, including waiting lists, six-week waits, activity and forecasts.
