Job summary

Mackay Hospital and Health Service is seeking a Division Support Officer on a temporary basis. The role provides high level and confidential executive and administrative support to ensure that the Operations Director, Director of Nursing, and Business Manager deliver on their delegated accountabilities.

Reporting directly to the Business Manager, the role has a direct/indirect relationship with Operations Director, Director of Nursing and support staff within the Division.

Qualifications

• Provide confidential executive and administrative support to senior leaders.
• Assist Operations Director, Director of Nursing and Business Manager with delegated accountabilities.
• Coordinate with division staff and stakeholders as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level executive and administrative support to ensure senior leaders deliver on delegated accountabilities.
• Report directly to the Business Manager and liaise with Operations Director and Director of Nursing.

The Division of Medical Services at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Division Support Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your opportunity

Provide high level and confidential executive and administrative support to ensure Operations Director, Director of Nursing and Business Manager deliver on their delegated accountabilities.

• This position reports directly to the Business Manager.
• This position has a direct/indirect relationship with:
  • Operations Director, Director of Nursing and support staff within the Division.
• This position holds no financial delegation.
