Job summary

• Health-related tertiary qualifications or equivalent extensive health experience in quality and safety management.
• Experience in senior project/management roles with change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic/operational guidance on planning and implementing NSW Health Child Safe Standards across NSLHD.
• Develop district-wide implementation plans aligned with the NSW Health Child Safe Action Plan and monitor progress.
• Lead quality improvement projects to prevent, identify and respond to child abuse and neglect.
