Job summary

Goodman Fielder is seeking five Full-time Supply Chain Team Members for its Burleigh Heads Distribution site in Queensland. The roles operate on a 4 × 10-hour day schedule with multiple roster options, including truck loading, Bread Room operations, and yard/stores duties.

Candidates should be highly computer-literate with strong Excel skills and leadership potential. On-the-job training will be provided for truck loading, Stores operations, and Shift Supervisor coverage.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided for truck loading, Stores operations, and Shift Supervisor coverage.
• Options require high computer literacy, Excel proficiency, and team leadership (Options 4 & 5).
• Option 2 requires Forklift License.

Responsibilities

• Support Shift Supervisor and Bread Room across assigned shifts.
• Engage in truck loading, Yard Duties, and Stores activities as needed.
• Lead teams during allocated options and ensure safe, efficient operations.
