Job summary

Zinfra PTY Ltd. is seeking experienced Distribution Lineworkers to join the Hume Depot team in Australia, contributing to the construction and maintenance of electricity distribution networks across the region.

You will study technical drawings, undertake network construction, respond to emergencies, and work with modern EWPs and equipment while adhering to safety and HSE policies. This role offers career development and a family-friendly workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Certificate III ESI in Distribution or Line Mechanic Distribution Level 4 is required.
• Current Electrical Lineworker Distribution Licence is required.
• Valid Australian Drivers Licence; heavy vehicle licence desirable.
• White/Blue card (OHS construction induction) required.
• Experience in electrical maintenance and construction environments.
• Experience in high-risk environments with strong safety commitment.

Responsibilities

• Study and interpret technical drawings, network line diagrams & maps.
• Undertake the construction and maintenance of electricity distribution and/or transmission networks in accordance with Company Policies, Quality Systems and HSE procedures as well as statutory requirements.
• Emergency response on high/low voltage distribution assets.

About You

• Hold a Certificate III ESI in Distribution or Line Mechanic Distribution Level 4
• Current Electrical Lineworker Distribution Licence
• Valid Australian Drivers Licence (heavy vehicle highly desirable)
• White/Blue card (OHS construction induction card)
• Experience within an electrical maintenance and construction environment
• Experience working in high-risk environments, with a strong commitment to safety protocols
