Job summary

UGL’s Western Power contract in Western Australia is seeking experienced Distribution or Glove & Barrier Lineworkers. Based from the Canning Vale depot, you’ll join an experienced team delivering essential network maintenance and emergency response works across metropolitan Perth and regional WA.

You’ll earn from $56.00/hr with overtime penalties and allowances, plus regional LAHA of up to $385/day and relocation assistance for eligible moves to Perth.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems – Distribution Overhead.
• Glove & Barrier qualification and/or HV Switching experience.
• Current MR/HR licence preferred.
• High Risk Work Licences WP and DG.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Join UGL’s Western Power contract and play a critical role maintaining and improving the electricity network across metropolitan Perth and regional Western Australia. Based from our Canning Vale depot, you'll be part of an experienced team delivering essential network maintenance and emergency response works.

About You

You are an experienced Distribution or Glove & Barrier Lineworker with a strong commitment to safety, quality and customer service. You enjoy a mix of metropolitan and regional work and are looking for a long‑term opportunity with a market‑leading utilities contractor.

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems – Distribution Overhead
• Glove & Barrier qualification and/or HV Switching experience
• Current Driver’s Licence (MR/HR preferred)
• High Risk Work Licences (WP, DG)
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
