TerryWhite Chemmart Tuggerah is seeking a Dispensary Technician to join our busy community pharmacy on the Central Coast. This full-time role (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work) focuses on accurate dispensing and close collaboration with pharmacists.

• Minimum of 6 months’ recent experience as a Dispensary Technician in a community pharmacy environment.
• Solid understanding of pharmacy processes and associated administrative tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and collaborate across roles.
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers promptly.
• Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Manage inventory, including stock monitoring and ordering.
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding prescription processing and wait times.
