Sigma Healthcare is seeking a Dispensary Assistant for our Coolangatta/CWH Queensland store network. The role supports pharmacists, assists with dispensing and customer counselling, and helps manage dispensary stock while maintaining patient file accuracy.

Qualifications

• Dispensary experience and commitment to patient safety.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to counsel customers about medications.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with prescription and general enquiries.
• Assist Pharmacists in dispensing medications.
• Counselling customers about medications.
• Dispensary stock management and replenishment.
• Updating customer files and other administrative tasks.
