Job summary

Wickham Farms in Queensland is seeking a dynamic production team member to join our vegetable production facility in Killarney, near Warwick. This permanent role involves a variety of production tasks on the line, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will operate packing machinery, inspect product quality, label and palletise orders, and help with general warehouse duties. A reliable team player with good communication and willingness to learn is ideal; forklift experience is

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and positive outlook.
• Reliability, physical fitness, and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities; unrestricted working rights.
• LF forklift licence is beneficial.
• Available to work 6:30am–6pm, 5 days per week (38 hours), with some weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Operate packing and production line machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect product quality and maintain production records.
• Sort and pack fresh produce to meet quality standards.
• Keep work area clean and compliant with food safety standards.
• Monitor machine performance and report issues.
• Carry out basic maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
• Follow safety procedures and production schedules.
• Label, palletise orders for dispatch, RF scanning, and general warehouse duties.
