Job summary

Pilloni Restaurant in West End, Brisbane, is seeking an experienced cook to join the grill section as Chef de Partie, with open-fire capabilities and passion for meat, seafood and vegetables.

We are also recruiting a fast and clean Dishwasher/Kitchen Hand for hourly work, currently 20 hours per week with potential to grow. Open kitchen environment and learning new techniques encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in dishwashing/kitchen hand roles.
• Comfortable working in an open kitchen and grill area.

Responsibilities

• DISHWASHER/KITCHEN HAND: maintain high cleanliness and workflow.

About This Job

– CHEF DE PARTIE GRILL SECTION

We are looking for an experienced chef who can work with an open fire, can handle working in an open kitchen and keen to learn new techniques with meat, seafood and vegetables of different varieties.

– DISHWASHER/KITCHEN HAND = Hourly paid, 20hours weekly.

We are looking for a fast and clean dishwasher who had experience in this role in the past. Possibility to increase the hours as well.
