Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dishwasher is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize kitchenware, utensils, and dishes.
• Sort and stack cleaned items for easy access by kitchen staff.
• Sweep and mop floors and perform cleaning duties in the kitchen.
• Assist in organization and storage of clean dishes and cooking implements.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a healthy work environment.
• Notify supervisors of any equipment issues or supply shortages.

As an integral part of our kitchen team, the Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring all dishes, cookware, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized to meet our high standards of cleanliness.
