Job summary

Crewther Care is looking for Disability Support Workers to assist a female client in St Albans. Shifts are from early morning through mid-morning on weekdays and weekend hours, with a two-person on-site support model to ensure safety and assist with self-care needs.

Responsibilities include helping with daily activities, mobility support, and collaborating with other staff. A valid licence with a car and willingness to travel are preferred, with weekend work eligible for extra pay.

Qualifications

• CPR / Refresher Certificate (Completed in the Past 12 Months).
• Current First Aid Certificate (Completed in the Past 3 Years).
• NDIS Workers Screening Check (see Services Victoria Website).
• Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Licence & Car with Comprehensive Insurance + Willingness to Travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist a female client with cerebral palsy with self-care and daily activities.
• Work in 2:1 shift with another support worker for safety.
• Follow the scheduled shifts and provide reliable transportation if required.

Female 50’s with cerebral palsy, uses a hoist and requires help with self-care and all needs, shifts are 2:1, thus you will be working with another support worker at all times.

Timings

• Monday: 7am to 9.30am (2.5 hours)
• Tuesday: 7am to 9.30am (2.5 hours)
• Wednesday: 7am to 9.30am (2.5 hours)
• Thursday: 7am to 9.30am (2.5 hours)
• Friday: 7am to 9.30am (2.5 hours)
• Saturday: 11am to 4pm (5 hours)
• Sunday: 7.30am to 9.30am (2 hours)

$41.86 - $52.93 Per Hour (inclusive of Super & First Aid Allowance) depending on qualifications + Extra Pay on Weekends (if required)
