The role requires providing personal care and support, while ensuring clients maintain independence at home. We require candidates who have experience in manual handling, personal care, bowel care, catheter management and assisting with home exercise programme. Training will be provided.
The service hours required are Monday to Sunday, 6am - 12pm and 4pm - 10pm.

Wide variety of shifts available.
High care needs client requiring assistance in personal care, hoist, manual handling competent, domestic assistance, varied shifts - day and over-night during weekdays.
Support clients in our community needing assistance with social support, transport to appointments, shopping or community outings.
Provide personal care to clients with dignity and respect such as assisting with showering, grooming and dressing.
Continue to support clients to live in their own home by providing help with their domestic assistance, meal preparation, cleaning and most importantly, companionship.
A passionate, caring and empathetic personality is a MUST.
Willingness to learn new skills on the job through training.
Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent is highly desirable.
Experience in either aged care or community is highly desirable.
A valid driver's license and own vehicle is a MUST.
Current First Aid certificate (mandatory) or willing to obtain.
Current Police Check (mandatory) or willing to obtain.
NDIS Worker screening check or willing to obtain.
Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
