Job summary

ONCALL Group Australia is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our SIL team in the Northern Caboolture area, including Caboolture, Burpengary and Beachmere.

You will provide daily assistance in shared homes or individual residences, helping clients live as independently as possible. Training and ongoing supervision are provided, with shifts across a 24/7 roster and emphasis on safety and client wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant disability support qualifications and be prepared to complete pre-employment training.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to support clients with complex needs and promote independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support in shared homes or individual residences to help clients live independently.
• Assist with personal care, medication, meals, and routine tasks.
• Support community access, household tasks, and mobility as needed.
• Work across shifts as required within a 24/7 roster.
