Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life in Morayfield is looking for casual and permanent part-time Disability Support Workers to join our team. If you’re passionate about helping others, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll support people to live independently, assist with meals, daily tasks, community activities, appointments, medication support and mobility. We offer award conditions, paid training, and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• A passion for people and a focus on great customer service.
• Commitment to working with others to deliver outcomes.
• Strong listening and respectful communication skills.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (assistance available to obtain).
• Valid driver’s licence and/or reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Help people live independently and do what matters to them.
• Assist with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
• Support outings into the community.
• Attend appointments or social activities.
• Provide medication support.
• Assist with mobility (hoists where required).

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Morayfield and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)
