My Supports in Tamworth invites you to join a local Disability Support Worker team, delivering person-centred, community-inclusive supports under the guidance of an experienced Team Leader.

You'll partner with clients and colleagues to understand needs, enjoy flexible shifts, above-award rates, paid shift cancellations, and ongoing training to support your career in disability services.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills essential.
• Compassionate, empathetic demeanour required.
• Own vehicle and full comprehensive insurance needed.
• Working with Children's Check, NDIS Orientation and Screening required.

Responsibilities

• Complete shifts 8am–5pm, 2–6 hours per shift.
• Deliver person-centred, community-inclusive supports.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and fellow workers.
