Job summary

My People Solutions is seeking multiple Disability Support Worker roles (Casual) across North & Southeast Melbourne along the M1 corridor. You will support clients with complex needs in SDA/SIL houses and in clients' homes, requiring flexibility across days and hours.

Minimum 2 years' experience, relevant qualifications, and checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Police, WWCC) are essential. A current driving licence and access to a car are required to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years' experience as a disability support worker.
• Experience with Complex Support Needs including behaviours of concern.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, National Police Check.
• First Aid/CPR and Vaccinations (including COVID) are required.
• Full driving licence and access to a reliable car are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in-home or in SDA/SIL settings.
• Assist with daily living activities and community participation.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality care and maintain documentation.
