Kirinari Community Services is seeking Christmas Casual Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred, therapeutic supports for participants with disability in NSW. You will focus on building independence, community participation and meaningful outcomes.

Successful applicants will work within a strengths-based and trauma-informed framework, maintaining documentation and progressing toward individual goals while ensuring participant choice and dignity.

Qualifications

• Availability during December 2026 and January 2027.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Current Driver Licence.
• Reliable and insured vehicle.
• Working With Children/Vulnerable Persons Check.
• Australian working rights.

We're seeking experienced Disability Support Workers who are passionate about building meaningful relationships, supporting independence, and helping participants achieve their goals.
