Job summary

Sirv is seeking dedicated support workers to empower participants with disabilities in the Bayside area (Cheltenham). You will provide high-quality care with a person-centred approach and contribute to a positive, supportive team environment.

Applicants should hold an appropriate qualification (Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support or Nursing) and have current First Aid/ CPR, with a valid driver’s license and Hoist transfers training. NDIA checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Aged Care, Disability Support, Individual Support or Nursing is required.
• Manual handling training including hoist transfers is required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates are required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one is required.

Responsibilities

• Support participants in the Bayside corridor (Cheltenham) and across Australia where needed.
• Provide compassionate, person-centred care and empowerment.
• Adhere to safety, documentation, and training requirements.
