Job summary

Rubix Support Pty Ltd. is seeking a Female Lifestyle (Disability) Support Worker for North West Melbourne. The role involves providing compassionate support in accommodation settings, including sleepovers, with a focus on empowering participants and respecting choices.

Ideal applicants will have disability support experience, strong communication, and a valid Victorian driver license. Flexible, rostered shifts and a supportive team are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals living with disability; prior SIL experience desirable.
• Available for a minimum of three days per week.
• Must have a Victorian driver license and vehicle access.
• Knowledge of Disability Act 2006 (Victoria) and cognitive impairments.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for participants in home or accommodation settings.
• Assist with daily tasks, personal care, and community activities.
• Match participant experience with workers to build trust and quality care.
• Support self-determination and improve quality of life for participants.
