Job summary

EY is seeking a Facilitator for Primary and Secondary Schools in a casual capacity to inspire and educate students about disability inclusion. The role involves delivering workshops in Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide, with 2–3 days per week during term time. Flexible options and potential reduced hours may be discussed.

Based in Australia, minimal travel is required outside the city area. The role requires lived experience of disability, presentation skills, and eligibility for a Working with

Qualifications

• Experience presenting or educating, preferably to school-aged groups, able to engage audiences.
• Eligibility to obtain a valid Working with Children Check.
• Willingness to travel interstate to work occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver disability inclusion workshops to school-aged students (Years 1-7) in Sydney and surrounding areas, in person and virtually.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools to ensure partnerships and gather teacher feedback.
• Achieve KPIs related to workshop quality and evaluation feedback.
