NAB in Adelaide is seeking a Director, Private Credit to lead and expand our private credit capabilities. You will work with our Private Wealth and JBWere teams to shape debt market strategy and investment outcomes.

You will develop investment insights, conduct manager due diligence, and translate complex credit dynamics into actionable recommendations, delivering market updates to advisers and clients. This role offers a collaborative, inclusive environment and strong career progression.

Qualifications

Strong expertise across private credit, debt markets and investment research.
Experience conducting manager due diligence and risk assessments.
Ability to translate complex credit dynamics into actionable insights.
Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
Extensive experience within credit, private markets, fixed income or institutional investment environments.

Responsibilities

Develop investment insights across private credit markets and structures.
Lead manager research, due diligence and investment recommendations.
Support portfolio implementation and integration of private credit exposures.
Deliver market updates and investment commentary to advisers and clients.
Contribute to the evolution of a unified listed and private debt investment framework.
