Precede Biosciences, Inc. seeks an experienced Director of Precision Medicine and IVD Development to define product strategy, expand the precision medicine roadmap, and drive execution across translational science, clinical, regulatory, and bioinformatics teams.

This leadership role requires launching molecular diagnostics in pharma partnerships and direct‑to‑clinic models, aligning stakeholders, and delivering robust value in an innovative epigenomics platform.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Director, Precision Medicine and IVD Development. This foundational role defines IVD product strategy, builds out and refines the existing precision medicine roadmap, and drives execution against that roadmap, serving as a cross-functional leader of development teams comprised of translational science, clinical, regulatory, computational biologists and R&D team members. The ideal candidate brings diagnostic industry experience and has successfully launched molecular diagnostics in both pharma partnership and direct-to-clinic models.

The expected salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Employees are also eligible for performance bonuses, equity participation and comprehensive health benefits.
