A healthcare organisation in Victoria is seeking a Director of Philanthropy and Strategic Partnerships. This leadership role involves developing multi-channel fundraising strategies and building partnerships to enhance income for vital programs. Ideal candidates should have a proven track record in funding strategies and strong leadership capabilities. The position offers a hybrid working environment.
Our client is a highly visible, Victorian healthcare organisation with a dedicated community focus. They have a strong reach across the state and a brand which resonates with all Victorians. There is now an opportunity to expand their income growth through strategic partnerships and philanthropic channels, a senior leadership role which you can make your own.
The Director Philanthropy and Strategic Partnerships is a newly created role within this well-established healthcare organisation. Leading a team of community focused fundraising and events professionals, you will develop and deliver a multi‑channel partnerships and philanthropy plan to diversify income to support state‑wide vital programmes.
You will build effective partnerships across corporate, government and community sectors to encourage participation and involvement and work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to build community trust in line with their reputation.
