We are seeking an inspirational and strategic educational leader to join our School as Director of Teaching and Learning. This Executive leadership position will lead whole-school academic excellence, pedagogy, curriculum design and professional learning from Prep to Year 12.

About the Position

The Director of Teaching and Learning provides strategic leadership and oversight of the School's academic programs, driving professional learning, staff development and academic excellence. This role ensures whole-school coherence through the alignment pedagogy, assessment and professional learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing strategic leadership of curriculum, pedagogy and assessment across the whole school, ensuring alignment with the School’s strategic goals.
  • Designing and leading a whole school professional learning framework that fosters reflective practice, instructional excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Mentoring and coaching staff to build capability and promote best practice teaching.
  • Facilitating collaborative planning, peer observation and professional feedback to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Overseeing curriculum administration, assessment and the effective use of data to inform teaching practice and drive student growth.
  • Driving innovation and the integration of digital learning to enrich student engagement and academic excellence.
